How Billing Works

Billing Cycle

DMCA Bot subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each period (monthly or yearly). Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) — processed via Stripe.
• Ukrainian users — Monobank and WayForPay are also available.

Invoices

A PDF invoice is generated automatically after each successful payment. You can download all past invoices from Payments in your dashboard.

Changing Your Payment Method

Go to Subscription → Manage Billing to update your card details or switch payment providers. Changes apply to future charges.

Proration

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged only for the remaining days at the new plan price, minus any unused credit from your current plan.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we retry it automatically three times over several days. You will receive an email notification. If payment is not resolved, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan until the issue is corrected.
