How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. There are no cancellation fees.

Steps to Cancel

1. Go to Subscription in your dashboard.
2. Click Cancel Subscription.
3. Confirm cancellation in the dialog.

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

What Happens After Cancellation

• Automated scanning and takedown submissions stop at the end of the period.
• Your product data, infringement history, and invoices remain accessible.
• You can re-subscribe at any time to resume protection.

Deleting Your Account

If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, go to Profile → Delete Account. This action is irreversible and removes all your products, infringements, and payment history from our systems within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
